How to get the perfect release
Inside every piece
A fully clad three layer build, a pure titanium cooking surface rather than a titanium core.

Natural release, no coating
The hammered surface creates thousands of micro-ridges that reduce contact between food and metal. Eggs slide, fish flips clean, and the release comes from the titanium itself, never from a coating that can wear off.

Three layers, engineered to cook
A fully clad build with a pure titanium cooking surface bonded to an aluminium heat core and a stainless steel base. Even heat, no hot spots, and a toxin-free surface that never leaches into food.
Hand hammered microtexture, naturally low stick, toxin free and ultra durable.
Fast, even heat distribution across the whole base.
Induction compatible, and works on gas, electric and ceramic too.

Triple-riveted handles anchor solidly to the body and stay tight through years of oven and stovetop use.

Ergonomic handles are shaped to stay cool on the stovetop, so you can move from sear to plate without reaching for a towel.

Precision rolled rims give every pan a clean, drip-free pour straight into the plate or bowl.
Why traditional pans are the past
Nonstick coatings scratch, flake, and break down over time. When overheated they can release fumes that may increase health risks. Every couple of years, you buy another one.
Safe and tough, but everything sticks. It demands constant oil, careful heat control, and hard scrubbing, and still leaves burnt-on messes behind.
Sold as the natural nonstick, but the coating wears thin within months. Once the release is gone, the pan is done, and back to the landfill it goes.

First pan I have owned that does not need half a bottle of oil to stop things sticking. Eggs slide straight out and it rinses clean under the tap.

I threw out a cupboard of flaking nonstick when this arrived. Six months of daily use and the surface still looks like the day I unboxed it.

Bought it after my sister would not stop going on about hers. Annoyingly she was right. The heat is dead even right across the base, no hot spot in the middle.

Searing steak in this is a different thing entirely. It holds its heat when the meat goes in and the crust lifts off the pan instead of tearing.

Hob to oven to dishwasher without thinking about it. No plastic on the handle to melt and nothing to scrub off afterwards.

It has the weight of proper cookware. The handle genuinely does stay cool and the rolled rim means no drips down the side when I pour.

Ordered the 28cm after measuring my hob and it was the right call. Fits four chicken thighs without crowding them.
The free lid is not an afterthought, it actually seals. I use it for steaming greens more than I expected to.
Works perfectly on my induction hob, which is more than I can say for the last two pans I bought.
I have used metal tongs in it from day one because I could not be bothered being careful. Not a mark on it.
Bought one for myself and one for my son moving into his first flat. His has survived a year of student cooking, which says everything.
Took a while to learn to preheat it properly. Once I did, the nonstick everyone talks about just happens. Worth the few goes it took.
